The Mekong River, 4,900 km long, flows through six countries: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, and China. Nam Mê's menu is inspired by these countries to create unique dishes. Like explorers who love to discover, we gather the essence of life into a vibrant form, bringing it back to the kitchen to craft dishes to share with our guests – those whom Nam Mê eagerly awaits to meet and present its distinctive culinary offerings.

    Wandering along the Mekong River to gather local ingredients, Nam Mê creates a primitive culinary foundation, fully embodying the essence of the "MARKET" culture while keeping in step with the pulse of the modern age.

Under the expertise of Nam Mê’s chefs, the dishes, though innovative, retain the original flavors of Vietnamese, Thai, Lao, and Khmer cuisine. With a spirit that honors Asian tastes, each dish is enhanced by the presence of a wood-fired grill, adding a deeper, smoky flavor that “sparks” the experience.

She spends a lot of time experimenting with unique dishes across Vietnam and Southeast Asia, bringing back new creative culinary ideas.
