The Mekong River, 4,900 km long, flows through six countries: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, and China. Nam Mê's menu is inspired by these countries to create unique dishes. She spends a lot of time experimenting with unique dishes across Vietnam and Southeast Asia, bringing back new creative culinary ideas. Chef Uyên also skillfully leads the Nam Mê kitchen team, ensuring that they consistently deliver authentic Mekong flavors.
